Real Estate Videos Imaging Systems, Inc. can create high quality video tours and webmercials for your business.  Our video home and resort tour portfolio spans the globe.  You'll find our tours at hotels, resorts and events in Acapulco, Abaco, New Providence Island, Paradise Island and Grand Bahama Island and maybe even some in your home town.

Here is a list and brief description of our products and services:

Residential Real Estate Videos, Video Home Tours & Commercial Real Estate Video Tours

A basic video tour includes 5 scenes.  Typically, they are the front of the house, the back of the house, the kitchen, the master bedroom and the den.  The agent or homeowner can add additional scenes for $25 each.  Scenes are shot using pans (right and left, up and down) and zooms (in and out) in the most effective way to showcase the room – to show depth, height, etc. The background music will be selected by the editor who will try to match the style of the property and pace of the video.  You may change the music if you are not happy with our choice.  The average Real Estate video is 1 – 2 minutes long.

If the residential real estate video tour is going to be posted to a multiple listing service there may be limitations to the amount of agent contact information that we can include.  Some multiple listing services do not allow virtual or video tours to include contact information for the agent directly.  All of our real estate video tours will  be branded with REVIS contact information (company logo, web address and telephone number).

Orders for a virtual video tour  can be taken over the Internet at http://www.realestatevideos.com/orderform.asp or by calling (919) 732-1600.  We do ask that all clients provide us with a signed copy of the terms and conditions to keep on file.  We also ask that the agent or an agent's representative be on site during the video shoot.

Neighborhood & Community & Builder Spotlights

This video tour can showcase an entire neighborhood or community.  It will incorporate numerous scenes that follow a pre-determined storyline.  Possible elements might include model homes, clubhouse, neighborhood pool, tennis courts, sidewalks, golf course, neighborhood activities, and testimonials from satisfied homeowners.  Average spotlight video is 5 – 6 minutes long.  This is an excellent opportunity for a builder to highlight his or her accomplishments.  It is also an excellent tool to use to capture the feeling of a neighborhood or community. A REVIS salesperson and/or producer can set up a time to  meet with you to discuss elements of the video before the shoot.

Agent & Broker Spotlights

This video is a personal marketing tool for the Real Estate Agent or Broker.  This “commercial" or "webmercial" is customizable to match the client’s personal style.  The videographer will conduct a brief interview and shoot a portion of the client’s day (about 2-6 hours).  Elements may include interaction between the client and his/her customer, the client at the office, in the car, showing a home, on the telephone, testimonials from satisfied customers, etc.  Most often, the agent or broker will be speaking on camera.  However, this is not required.  A professional voice-over talent may be used (for an additional charge).  Average spotlight video is 2 – 4 minutes long.

Webmercial Production

This video is designed to promote, describe and/or sell a product or service.  The videographer will usually interview the company owner or spokesperson and shoot a portion of his/her day.  REVIS can provide a script and voice-over talent (for an additional charge).  Music can be selected and added to the video.  Average webmercial is 2 – 4 minutes long.    Webmercials can be used for Home Inspectors, Lawyers , CPAs or any other business whose product is their personality and skill.

Marlin Tournament / Sport Fishing / Event Videos

This is an on-location shoot at a multiple day event.  Prices are usually quoted on a per day basis.  If desired, videos may be shot, edited and viewed on an on-going basis during the event (at the end of each day).  Average tournament video is 5 – 8 minutes long.

Marina Videos/ Resort Videos / Hotel Tours

This is an on-location shoot highlighting hotel accommodations, amenities, events, activities, restaurants, transportation, and entertainment.  Prices are usually quoted on a per day basis.  Average video is 5 – 8 minutes long.

CD’s and DVD’s

Clients may have their video(s) copied onto CD’s or DVD’s for a fixed cost.

CD’s are sold in blocks of 50 and come in multiple sizes.  You will have the opportunity to chose from business card CDs and "hockey rink discs" to mini round and standard round disks.  CD’s are the most cost efficient media making them ideal for real estate tours.  The front of the CD can be printed in color, directly on the surface of the disk, with the agent’s photo, contact information, and a photo of the property,r resort or product.

DVD’s are sold individually.  DVD’s provide more storage space, and higher quality images than CD’s.  They are best used for longer videos such as spotlights and tournaments.  Each DVD will have a main menu from which videos are chosen to view.  The front of the DVD can be printed in color with information about the videos.

 Web Design

We are able to create, update, and/or maintain a client’s website.  We are a full service design and development company with many years of usability and functionality experience.
