REVIS News
Real Estate Video Imaging Systems, Inc. (REVIS)
has announced the creation of a worldwide network of video
and real estate professionals. This network, known
as the International Real Estate Video Affiliate Network,
or IRVAN, is poised to set worldwide standards for
the video home tour industry. According to Real
Estate Video Imaging Systems' CEO, Eric Dallin,
this is the first time that there has been an
international push to help make Real Estate Videos a more
permanent and reliable home selling feature.
According to Dallin, "The digital age has demanded
that Real Estate agents make a paradigm shift. Home
buyers demand internet access to listings. It is no
longer acceptable to simply post a listing to a multiple
listing service."
Using technology to increase exposure and qualify
potential buyers began with the advent of virtual tour
technology. Few successful agents can argue against
the effectiveness of a virtual tour. The explosive
growth of high speed internet connections has made video
tours a logical step. "The key to making this
technology reliable and successful is to maintain quality
standards and consistent delivery mediums. That's
what we're going to accomplish with IRVAN," says
National Sales Manager, Linda Vernon.
Real Estate Agents can begin signing up as IRVAN Agents
immediately. This national database of agents will
allow home sellers to select an agent that understands the
importance of video technology when marketing their
listings.
