Case Study:  Ocean Yachts Owner Appreciation Rendezvous 
Location: Port Lucaya Marina

Ocean Yachts held an owner appreciation rendezvous for their customers at the Port Lucaya Marina.  Our mobile production staff was on hand to capture the events and activities.  We followed the group throughout the duration of the event and displayed a video highlight reel on the final evening.  The final video and accompanying slide show was a big hit.  In addition to taking advantage of the on-site entertainment value, Ocean Yachts was able to send out DVDs to thank their customers for their participation and their business. Case Study:  Jacuzzi / Sundance Spas
Location: The Bahamas

Our two person production crew greeted the attendees the Sundance and Jacuzzi Spas Dealer Conference.  Over the course of the next few days, we captured digital photographs and video content from product launches, sales meetings, cocktail parties and awards presentations.  Additionally, we were on hand to shoot golf outings, offshore fishing trips, snorkeling adventures and the overall celebratory atmosphere.  We even filmed and took photographs of participants as they swam with the dolphins.  On the final evening of the conference, participants were greeted with a slide show display of hundreds of candid photographs that were taken throughout the weekend.  The photos were displayed on giant 6 'x 8' projection screens strategically located throughout the venue.  The participants were entertained throughout the subsequent cocktail party and dinner with images of themselves, their bosses and their coworkers enjoying the rewards of their incentive trip.  After a brief motivational statement from upper management, we launched a 20 minute music video that documented their activities throughout the week.  The professionally edited production was used after the fact to provide additional motivation to employees that were unable to attend and given to the event participants as a souvenir and thank you for their hard work.

Case Study:  WebMD Practice Services
Location: The Bahamas

Our professional photographer arrived on site and began photographing participants of the conference as they mixed and mingled with coworkers in the sunny Bahamas.  We were on hand for nightly cocktail parties and dinners as well as for sales meetings and educational seminars.  The highlight of the week was an awards evening at which we posed each of the participants and their dates for a professional photograph.  During the awards, we captured photos of the recipient with senior management.  We printed a collection of the photos on site and assembled a personalized photo album to give to each person as a souvenir.  Additionally, we created over 100 CDs with professional labels and presented the disk to each participant as they departed for the airport.  The photos were high resolution and suitable for printing at a local photo lab once they returned home.
